About the Role
The Community Manager at Acadia is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with affordable housing programs, and fostering a positive living environment for residents. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a passion for community engagement.
What You'll Do
Manage day-to-day operations of the property with a focus on resident satisfactionEnsure compliance with LIHTC, and Tax credit programsMonitor and drive financial performance, including occupancy, rent collection, and budget adherenceSupervise and develop on-site team membersCoordinate maintenance operations and vendor relationshipsLead community engagement initiatives and maintain strong resident relationsUphold and represent LSA's mission and values in all interactionsWhat We're Looking For
Experience & Skills :
Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily housingAt least 1 year of experience managing LIHTC programsMinimum 1 year of experience as a Community ManagerExperience with RealPage software (preferred)Strong financial and operational management skillsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated and results-drivenBenefits
