An AI software development company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join their team.
Location : NY, Boston, or Chicago (remote, but needs to be local to these markets)
Compensation : $140-180k
Travel is 25% max, should be much less
Within this role, you'll help bring firm's Environment-as-a-Service platform to some of the largest companies in the world, who are focused on executing AI-centric software development at scale. This role is about building trusted relationships, shaping deals, and making sure enterprise customers clearly see the value they deliver. Day to day, you will manage the full sales cycle, from sourcing opportunities to closing contracts. You'll work side by side with engineers, buyers, and internal partners to remove friction and move complex deals forward.
Responsibilities :
- Build and close a strong pipeline of enterprise accounts with large engineering organizations
- Generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
- Lead compelling demos that differentiate firm, and communicate their value with clarity and conviction
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to deliver a thorough technical evaluation
- Partner with decision-makers and technical stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
- Travel as needed to support deals and customer relationships
Qualifications :
5+ years in software / SaaS sales with a strong prospecting background3+ years selling into Fortune 500 companiesExperience engaging with software engineering leaders and technical decision-makersUnderstanding of DevOps, CI / CD, platform engineering, and developer toolsExperience with GenAI & Agentic development toolsComfortable with outbound motion and partnering with Sales EngineersTrack record of exceeding quota and pipeline goalsStrong communication skills - written, verbal, and in presentationsFamiliarity with different sales cycles (startup, midsize, enterprise)Creative, analytical, and highly self-motivatedPreferred
A technical background, or meaningful experience with open source softwareCuriosity about emerging AI workflows, developer tools, and general tech trends
