Key Responsibilities
Drive the acquisition, cleaning, validation, and analysis of data across various systems
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance data quality and accessibility
Engage with leadership and stakeholders to design focused projects that deliver impactful insights
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Computer Science required
Master's degree in business administration (MBA) preferred
8+ years of experience in big-data analysis within a Fortune 500 company or management consulting required
Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, R, SAS, or other statistical packages required
Experience in customer experience insights methods and analytics required
