Experience : Minimum of 1 year required

License : Florida State or compact license required prior to application

• 2 references from authority figures (Managers, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or Director) within the last year
• Flu vaccine required from October 31 to March 31, with medical / religious exemptions only
• COVID-19 Vaccine required, with medical / religious exemptions only
