A company is looking for a Customer Success Global Shared Services Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage referral processes including setup, data entry, and updates in the Candidate Management System
Review and manage billing requirements for referrals and ensure timely billing of installments
Conduct research on social media to track candidate outcomes and update relevant information in the system
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; candidates currently pursuing a degree will be considered
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a corporate setting
Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus
Proficient in computer / data management skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
