HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Burlington, North Carolina.

Title : Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location : Burlington, NC

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day, 4x10-hour shifts (08 : 00 - 18 : 00), Monday-Thursday

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

General Duties :

  • Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient clinic setting for a diverse caseload including neuro, orthopedic, balance, and spine conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, perform assessments, and document patient progress.
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and injury prevention.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 4 years of physical therapy experience required.
  • Outpatient experience required.
  • Certifications : BLS and active North Carolina PT license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Charting system : Epic (preferred).
  • Proficiency in assessment, gait training, orthopedic rehab, pain management, and use of assistive / adaptive devices.
  • Experience working with a variety of diagnoses such as degenerative joint / disk disease, post-surgical rehab, spinal conditions, and total joint replacements.
  • Strong documentation and time management skills.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with vestibular, postpartum, or neurodevelopmental techniques.
  • Prior charge experience preferred.

    • Additional Information :

  • Patient age groups : adolescents, adults, geriatrics.
  • Daily patient census : approximately 12.
  • First-time travelers welcome.
  • COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical / religious exemptions allowed).
