Position Overview
We're seeking an exceptional and driven Inside Sales Director with a wholesale real estate background to completely own and scale our remote phone-based land acquisition operations. This is a critical inside sales leadership role requiring someone who understands and has lived and performed in the wholesale model - talking to motivated sellers, negotiating discounted purchases, objection handling, and closing deals over the phone. The ideal candidate comes from land wholesale, house wholesale, or similar real estate investment background and knows how to recruit, build, and expand high-performing inside sales teams that close deals remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of inside sales including Land Intake Managers (LIMs) and Land Acquisition Managers (LAMs) working phones
- Conduct daily call reviews, practice scripts and objections to drive performance
- Monitor KPIs including call volumes, talk time, and conversion metrics
- Build a two-tier inside sales structure : qualifiers / setters and senior closers to close deals
- Recruit top talent to help maintain and scale operations to 50 states
- Help design compensation to drive a goal-driven and winning culture in the organization
Industry-Specific Training & Development
Translate CardoneU sales and similar training methodologies into wholesale real estate acquisition strategiesIdentify top objections and challenges in closing deals and build training around themConduct intensive daily role-playing sessions on common seller objections (price, timing, process, product, stalls)Listen to recorded acquisition calls and provide detailed coaching to the teamWork directly with external sales coaches (2x weekly Cardone calls or similar) to maximize training effectivenessStrategic Position and Partnership

Experience (MUST HAVE)
1-2 years proven track record managing inside sales teams in wholesale real estate (land wholesale, house wholesale, or fix-and-flip companies)3-5 years direct experience as an Acquisitions Manager / Closer in wholesale operationsExperience with high-volume inbound / outbound calling environmentsBackground working with motivated seller leads generated from direct mail, cold text, cold calling, and PPC campaignsFamiliarity with wholesale deal structuring and contracts - assignment of contract and double-close transactionsUnderstanding of wholesale real estate market dynamics and familiarity with title companies, escrow, and closing processesWholesale / Inside Sales Skills
