Locums - Hematology / Oncology Opportunity in Dubois, Pennsylvania (IMLC Accepted)

Schedule & Coverage :

Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

5x8s per week

Full-time coverage

On-site plus call rotation

Facility & Setting : Clinic and hospital

Outpatient practice setting

Hospital size : 219 beds

EMR : ONCO EMR (clinic) and Cerner (hospital)

Support Staff :

Director of oncology and infusion services

Clinical RN supervisor and support staff supervisor

9 oncology RNs, 2 nurse navigators, 4 medical assistants

Clerical staff for check-in and check-out

Pharmacist and pharmacy tech

Clinical Details :

Average daily census : 12-15 patients

Patient age group : 18+

New referrals include both oncology and hematology patients, as well as inpatient consultations

Bone marrow biopsies can be referred to IR if needed

Requirements :

Board Certified in Hematology / Oncology

Active Pennsylvania license preferred; IMLC accepted

BLS and ACLS required

DEA required

1-2 years of experience required

Credentialing :

Full privileges : 60-90 days

Temporary privileges can be granted
