Job Title
This position supports the efficient operation of the Wyoming Women, Infants, and Children Program (WIC) by assisting with key functions. The position helps manage contracts, assists with financial oversight, contributes to project coordination, and supports daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective service delivery. They aid in optimizing resources and processes, directly contributing to the department's goal of providing essential nutritional support to women, infants, and children across the state.
Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field, and four to six years of progressive work experience.
Knowledge of WIC Program regulations and systems
Knowledge of and experience with business and management principles involved in project planning and resource allocation; Knowledge of state fiscal and contract procurement processes and administration;
Travel required.
Full-time, benefited position working 40hours / week.
