About This Role
- Mac (Moves / Adds / Changes) Planner partners with the space planners, internal resources, consultants, and contractors to support furniture installation projects, individual and organizational moves, and data collection (people and furniture).
- Assist in project scheduling and resource planning, as well as the installation of furniture, fixtures, equipment, carpet / flooring, and all Mac-related activities.
- Collaborate with the space planning team and project team on delivery, installation, and other project activity schedules related to FF&E moves, additions, and changes.
- Act as the primary liaison for space planners, ensuring installation schedules are communicated and synchronized.
- Manage internal resources and contracted services with effective communication to ensure Mac activities and projects are completed cohesively and in a timely manner with minimal business disruption.
- Conduct move briefings and coordinate all logistical support for the conduct of relocations.
- Create purchase requisitions for furniture and related items as necessary.
- Collaborate with space planners in developing space and move solutions to address internal employee occupancy or relocation needs.
- Meet with the customers to assess space and furniture requirements, ensuring alignment with established space planning guidelines and workplace standards.
- Assist in selecting furniture and finishes, including ergonomic solutions, and coordinate sample chair deliveries for employee testing.
- Manage the procurement process by obtaining quotes and preparing purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Coordinate service requests (via Archibus) with clients, on-site service providers, internal departments such as EIT and Facilities Maintenance, as well as external project team managers.
- Provide proactive solutioning through root cause analysis, the best course of action to meet customer needs while achieving project / program objectives.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Interior Design, Architecture, Facilities, or related fields AND two (2) years of job-related experience.OR Six (6) years of professional job-related experience can be substituted at management discretion for the required education.A valid Florida driver's license at the time of hire.Preferred Qualifications
Three (3) years of AutoCAD experience using most current AutoCAD software.The ability to read and interpret schematic designs and construction documents.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe software.Subject to Passing Substance Screening : This position is subject to passing a pre-employment substance screening. An applicant who fails to pass a required drug screening test shall be disqualified from employment in any class for a period of five (5) years.
Cjis Clearance : The successful candidate will be subject to an extensive background check(s) as a part of the hiring process.

Starting Pay Range : $56,139.20 - $62,000.00 / annually, based on your experience.
