Title : Registered Nurse

Job Type : Permanent / Direct Hire

Setting : Inpatient

Location : Olathe, KS relocation assistance offered

Openings : 4

Units with Openings :

• Telemetry
• Med / Surg
• Neuro
• Progressive Care Unit PCU

Schedule : Full-time, (3) 12hr shifts; Nights (6 : 45PM-7 : 15AM). No on call. Every 3rd weekend

JOB DESCRIPTION :

The Registered Nurse duties to include but not limited to :

• Plan, prioritize, and provide proficient, age-specific and developmentally / specialty appropriate nursing care by applying advanced specialty clinical nursing knowledge and skills and for ensuring the comfort and safety of patients / families
• Perform admission, discharge and transfer procedures
• Assemble equipment and supplies for various diagnostic or treatment procedures in the specialty service area; perform or assist others with procedures or treatments
• Perform all Quality Assessment activities assigned and document
• Attend staff meetings or other company sponsored or mandated meetings as required

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with desire to obtain within five years of employment
• Current Kansas or compact licensure as a Registered Nurse without sanctions, required
• At least one year of acute care, inpatient, RN experience
