Medical Assistant
Medix is currently hiring for a Part-Time Medical Assistant for our client in Pasadena, CA. As a Medical Assistant for this organization, you would be supporting two providers with a mix of front and back office responsibilities.
The client is a Nephrology practice, looking for Medical Assistants with a year of experience and are eager to learn!
Day to Day Responsibilities :
- 50% Clinical / 50% Admin Work
- Responsible for charting and discharging patients
- EMR System Used - Prima
- Back Office : Taking Vitals, Rooming Patients
- Front Office : Scheduling patient appointments

- At least one year of previous MA experience
Must Have Qualifications :
- MA Diploma
- Covid Vaccine
- Flu Vaccine
Schedule : Monday - Thursday
Hours : 8 : 30am-12 : 30pm OR 12 : 30-4 : 30pm (Must be available for either set of hours)
Pay : $19 / hour
