About the job Senior Marketing Manager (US)

Job Summary :

Senior role (Senior Manager or above) in the company's marketing department. The position to be based in the United States, Singapore, or Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Present new products in the field of optical communication and silicon photonics wafer testing to target customers. Products include, but are not limited to, optical module ATE testers, silicon photonics wafer testers, silicon photonics wafer aging equipment, CPO testers etc.
  • Track technology trends and directions, understand customer needs and pain points, and lead the initiation of new products and projects.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to establish the competitive advantages of the company's optical communication and silicon photonics testing products and develop a strategic roadmap.
  • Participate in semiconductor technology and industry seminars, academic conferences, and industry exhibitions to actively promote the company and its products.
  • Familiarize with and monitor global patent landscapes in the field, collaborating with the R&D department to strengthen the companys patent and intellectual property defenses.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Photonics, Communication or Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Testing and Measurement, or related fields.
  • Over 5 years of experience in the optical communication field with a solid technical background.
  • Experienced in production and testing at optical communication product manufacturers or optical communication testing equipment providers is highly preferred.
  • Management experience (including technical or team management) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, information gathering, analysis, and summarization skills.
  • Quick learner, agile thinker, strong sense of responsibility, and good stress tolerance.
  • Proficient in English , effectively interact with global clients.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America.
