Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and operations sector, is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join their team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources department, supporting the manufacturing and operations teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will enable you to thrive within a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Pay Range : $20-$30 DOE

Shift : Day shift (flexible)

What's the Job?

• Provide onsite support for manufacturing and operations teams to ensure smooth HR processes
• Maintain and update HRIS systems accurately and efficiently
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR FAQ / support
• Support or lead onboarding processes for new hires
• Perform basic HR administrative tasks to support daily operations
