🏥 Hybrid Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist

Location : [Facility Name – Short-Term Acute Care Hospital]

💼 Position Details

Title : Hybrid Cath Lab / IR Technologist

Shift : 07 : 00 – 17 : 30 (shift may start as early as 06 : 30, varies by day)

Schedule : Days with rotating after-hours call

Weekend Requirement : Every third weekend

Holiday Requirement : Must work Christmas OR New Year’s (not both); Thanksgiving off guaranteed

On-Call :

Required in Cath Lab and Hybrid OR

10 call shifts per month

Call-back minimum : 3 hours

Guaranteed Hours :

8 & 10-hour shifts : 40 hours / week

3x12-hour shifts : 36 hours / week

4x12-hour shifts : 48 hours / week

📋 Requirements

Experience : Minimum 1.5 years

First-Time Travelers : Accepted

Certifications Required :

ARRT-R (Radiologic Technologist)

BLS (Basic Life Support)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

Licensure : Pending state license accepted

Locals : Accepted

RTO Restrictions : Must be available to work 2 of 3 major holidays

Block Scheduling : May be discussed with management

🔬 Unit Information

Position Type : Dual-role — must have both IR and Cath Lab experience ( hard stop requirement )

Performs diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular and radiologic procedures in a hybrid setting

Cross-functional support in both IR and Cath Lab environments
