We are a fast-paced endodontic specialty practice
committed to serving our community with an emphasis on patients
being taken care of within 48-72 hours and seeing emergency cases.
We are seeking a highly motivated,
outgoing, friendly and organized individual who can handle multiple
tasks in a fast pace busy office. As the first point of contact our
referring offices and patients encounter, you will play a vital
role in delivering an excellent patient experience. Your ability to
work independently as well as collaboratively with a team is
essential.

Time, Tuesday - Friday 7 : 00am-5 : 00pm
Responsibilities

Greet patients
warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional
environment

Schedule and
confirm appointments
style="font-family : calibri; font-size : 12pt;">
Answer phone
calls, respond to inquiries and manage patient
communication
style="font-family : calibri; font-size : 12pt;">
Maintain patient
records and ensure accurate data
entry
Coordinate patient flow and assist
with administrative support as
needed

Ensure compliance
with patient confidentiality and HIPAA
regulations

High school
diploma or
equivalent

The salary range
for this role is $15-$20 per hour. At Specialized Dental Partners,
