UCAR is excited to announce the job opening for the Maintenance Operations Manager. This position is responsible for managing all key facilities services activities (Maintenance, Grounds, Custodial) for 13 distributed UCAR and Federally owned sites totaling approximately 1.1 million sq. ft. Provides on-demand repair and preventive maintenance of UCAR / NCAR facilities and infrastructure. Directs trade, administrative, and technical staff. Oversees budgets and supports capital improvement functions.

Compensation Range : $88,919 - $111,147

Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role.
