As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will interact with staff, visitors, and patients, offering exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting staff, patients, and visitors as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity or incidents to appropriate Allied Universal personnel and / or client representatives.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas, helping to maintain a secure environment for all occupants.

Support emergency response protocols as directed by Allied Universal and client site procedures, including assisting with evacuations or medical emergencies when required.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and / or irregularities observed during patrols or while on post.

Minimum Requirements :

Must be at least 21 years of age. CPR certification is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
