Essential Purpose

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring seamless communication between sales teams and our customers. Your responsibilities will span from order initiation to production and delivery, overseeing the entire process to guarantee customer satisfaction and successful project completion.

What You Will Do

  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Own the complete customer experience from opening an account, providing a quote to handling a customer concern
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Maintaining customer relationship management (CRM / ERP) tools
  • Collaborate with the sales team and customers partners
  • Performs additional tasks as required or assigned.

  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
