We’re hiring a Construction Superintendent with proven experience managing education or K-12 construction projects. This role will oversee all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with school districts and project partners.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise daily field operations for education or K-12 projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site crews to achieve project milestones.
• Enforce safety standards and quality control measures.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and school officials.
• Identify and resolve issues that could impact schedule or quality.
• Maintain clear communication and reporting throughout each phase of the project.
