Experienced with detailed project planning, implementation and support for OCM / Communications activities.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
Typically possess 3-5 years experience as a project manager, communications specialist or related role.
Bachelors degree in Business, Journalism, Communications, Information Technology or related field.
Day to Day responsibility :
- Data entry to software program; produce custom reports (ChangeAnalytics)
- Conduct interviews to gather information
- Consolidate information into reports
- Create presentations from provided information; present information in meetings as needed
- Build org. charts
- Build graphics that consolidate information into easy reference materials
- Build forms and templates
- Assemble and manage a project plan and schedule, and keep action items in front of team members
- Conduct internet research to gather best practices
- Maintain project records
Required Skills :
- Proficient in use of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Projects
- Ability to create forms, reports, organization charts, and executive-level presentations
- Ability to analyze numerical data
- Ability to present data and communicate effectively
- Ability to draft communications
- Ability to conduct research
- Highly organized
- Ability to take information and represent it graphically
