About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join our team in Farmington Hills. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in real estate default servicing , including foreclosure, bankruptcy, and title matters. The position is temp-to-hire with competitive pay and long-term career growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in non-judicial and judicial foreclosure proceedings, bankruptcy cases, and title issue files.

Draft legal documents, including FDCPA letters, notices of sale, and sheriff's deeds, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Michigan laws.

Provide strategic legal counsel to clients, offering actionable advice tailored to their objectives.

Offer legal guidance and support to staff, fostering collaboration and efficiency.

Manage multiple case files while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

Must be admitted to the Michigan State Bar with a valid P Number

1–3 years of experience practicing law required.

Strong drafting, organizational, and time management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively while managing independent responsibilities.
