Job Description
We are seeking a Service Desk Engineer (Level 0) to join our IT support team in Lakeland, Florida. This is an entry-level role focused on providing front-line support, handling tickets, and assisting end-users with their day-to-day IT needs.
Responsibilities :
- Act as the first point of contact for all IT support requests (phone, email, or ticketing system).
- Log, categorize, and prioritize incoming tickets accurately.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for issues related to :
- User accounts and password resets
- Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Windows operating system navigation
- Network connectivity (Wi-Fi, VPN, basic IP checks)
- Printer and peripheral setup / support
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Level 1 / Level 2 support.
- Maintain clear communication with users, ensuring timely updates and resolution tracking.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of IT systems, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, Zendesk, or similar) is a plus.Strong customer service and communication skills.Availability to work on-site in Lakeland, FL.Requirements
