FTE : 1.0 Shift : Day, Schedule : M-F 0800- 1630

Position Summary : The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of administrative functions of the department and oversight of the daily operations and functions of the department. Work situations are a variety of routine and complex, administrative duties. Responsibilities require leadership, organization, prioritization, PC application skills, and attention to detail, good judgment, professionalism, independence, project coordination and management and decision-making. Internal contacts include staff and management. External contacts include physicians, vendors, and regulatory and other organizations.

Requirements : Associate's or Bachelor's degree or actively pursuing a degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Minimum four (4) years of office management / administrative experience required; Health Care environment preferred. Minimum four (4) years of experience with personal computer required; Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office product knowledge preferred.

Pay and Benefit Expectations : We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $24.58 - $35.36 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to : skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and / or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
