• Previous experience in upscale restaurant settings; knowledge of dining etiquette, menu items, wine pairings and service techniques
• Ability to serve and clear food and beverage in an engaging or unobtrusive and professional manner as needed
• Expertise in Toast Point of Sale System
• Excellent customer service skills; ability to easily understand and respond to guests needs and requirements
• Experience learning and selling bespoke cocktail programs
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Gracious and positive attitude
