Pay Range : $60.00 to $65.00 Per Hour

Job Summary :

Production Operations team seeks a Test Systems Engineer to enhance satellite manufacturing through high production yields, defect reduction, and optimizing test processes. This role focuses on hands-on, cross-functional efforts for data collection, failure diagnosis, root cause resolution, and collaborating to ensure flight reliability and production speed. Expect to partner closely with Engineering teams for sustainable improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop software scripts and interfaces for telemetry and test data collection, processing, and analysis.
• Lead root cause analysis for assemblies, driving recovery and disposition strategies.
• Conduct failure mode analysis and continuous improvement feedback to design and manufacturing teams.
• Work with Test and Manufacturing Engineers to resolve yield blockers and recurring issues.
• Optimize test flow for production efficiency without compromising flight qualifications.

Must-Have Skills :

Industry Experience :

Experience in aerospace or related high-reliability manufacturing settings is preferred.
