YOUR TYPICAL DAY

As a seasonal Customer Care Specialist - Customer Service Rep, you will engage with customers through phone calls and emails, addressing their inquiries and scheduling appointments within our software system. You will work closely with our installer teams and sales personnel to ensure effective communication and service delivery. Additionally, you will handle general office responsibilities, including filing and data entry, contributing to a well-organized workplace. Your shift concludes at 6 PM, having made a meaningful impact on our customers' experiences.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma
• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications :

• Data entry and office experience
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Scheduling experience

SCHEDULE

This seasonal position is full-time, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, with some Saturdays as needed.
