Job Description

Manage all phases of ground-up construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout. Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met. Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial targets. Oversee on-site construction activities to maintain safety and quality standards. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders. Lead project teams and foster effective communication among all parties involved. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Maintain compliance with all local regulations and industry standards.
