Schedule 12-Hour Night Shift : 7 PM - 7 AM with work required every third weekend. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Geri Psych Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in a psychiatric setting, specifically with geriatric patients. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care and support to individuals with mental health challenges. Responsibilities Provide high-quality psychiatric nursing care to geriatric patients. Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and well-being. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar psychiatric setting. Current BLS certification is required. Active Virginia or Compact License required at the time of submission. CPI certification can be obtained on-site.
