Payroll Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Payroll & Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Process biweekly / semi-monthly payroll and ensure accurate wage calculations

Support benefits administration and assist with compliance reporting

Stay updated on payroll regulations and ensure compliance with industry-specific requirements

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR / people operations

Proficiency with payroll and HRIS systems, specifically TriNet

Strong understanding of payroll regulations and tax requirements

Experience in a fast-paced, growth-stage company is a plus

Preference for candidates based in the Boston area
