Retirement Counselor (Sales and Marketing Professional)

Immediate sales and marketing opportunity available in a luxury retirement community in East County San Diego for a dynamic, energetic, self‑starting sales professional. Lantern Crest Senior Living is an upscale, 34‑acre senior living community offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Develop and maintain a sales pipeline

Utilize prospect‑centered selling techniques

Generate leads by developing and maintaining strong external relationships with industry professionals

Manage day‑to‑day activities with a CRM system

Work closely with the Resident Services Director to ensure quality placement of potential clientele for assisted living and memory care

Collaborate with the sales team to implement successful events that create lasting impressions for leads and lead sources

Required Skills

Minimum of three years sales and marketing experience in senior healthcare

Minimum one year experience within a senior living community with assisted living and memory care neighborhoods

Ability to thrive in both individual and collaborative team environments

Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong external relationships with industry professionals who can provide qualified leads

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quotas, driving occupancy

Excellent ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Flexibility with scheduling to support team sales efforts

Valid driver’s license and ability to drive locally for external business development

Ability to travel as needed for training and workshops
