Home Health RN

Hours are 8am-4pm Monday through Friday

Home Health experience is required

5-6 visits per day minimum

Federal mileage rate : 65.5 cents

No on call

No weekends

Licensed and currently registered to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New

Valid New York State drivers license.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Computer literacy, including but not limited to data entry, retrieval, and report

generation.

Ability to work with patients-families of all ages and in a variety of settings, including inpatient facility and patients homes presenting diverse physical conditions and social-cultural environments.

Ability to drive to and from a variety of settings in varying weather conditions.

Ability to perform physical tasks which include sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs, bending, and may include lifting a minimum of 40 pounds
