Alarm Monitoring Specialist

This full-time position is based in our advanced 24 / 7 Alarm Monitoring Center, where you will work as an Alarm Monitoring Specialist during Mid-Shift, 2nd, or 3rd shifts, including holidays and weekends. In this role, you will provide outstanding service by efficiently responding to alarm signals and managing alarm events.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Responding to all incoming alarm signals via our automation software, following established protocols. This includes contacting the premises, alerting authorities, and notifying a list of contacts while logging all information accurately.
• Answering the multi-line telephone system.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of customer information at all times.
