IT Application Systems Analyst – HR & Finance Systems

We're looking for a IT Application Systems Analyst who thrives at the intersection of IT, HR, and Finance. In this role, you'll design and manage integrations that keep our enterprise systems connected, secure, and efficient.
You'll work hands-on with platforms including Dayforce HRIS, Oracle Cloud Fusion (HCM / ERP modules), Active Directory, payroll providers, and benefits systems —ensuring seamless data flow and system reliability.
What You'll Do
- Integrations & Systems : Build and maintain integrations across Dayforce, Oracle Cloud Fusion, Active Directory, Emburse, payroll, and benefits platforms.
- Support & Optimization : Monitor data flows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system uptime and performance.
- Process Improvement : Partner with HR and Finance to drive automation, streamline workflows, and recommend new tools / technologies.
- Security & Compliance : Ensure integrations meet GDPR, SOX, data privacy, and security policies ; manage access governance and auditing.
- Vendor Collaboration : Work with external providers to resolve issues, implement updates, and support system upgrades.
What We're Looking For
5+ years supporting HR systems and integrations in enterprise environments.Strong expertise with Oracle Cloud Fusion (HCM / ERP modules) , including integrations, workflows, and security.Deep knowledge of HRIS (Dayforce preferred), system integration methods (APIs, SFTP, middleware), and platforms like Oracle Integration Cloud or InformaticaFamiliarity with Active Directory, expense management tools (Emburse / Certify / Concur), payroll and benefits provider integrationsSQL or scripting skills a plus.Strong communicator who can translate complex tech for HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.Why Join Us?
