Shift Manager - Wendy's

As a Shift Manager for Wendy's, you will be working with a variety of different employees in the restaurant and leading them to provide the safest, fastest, freshest, friendliest and cleanest experience for all of our guests.

Wendy's expects that you maintain the highest of cleanliness, food safety, and food quality standards. Your team will be following your lead during each shift to deliver on these areas for the business.

You will also be responsible for controlling cash, food and labor costs, counting inventory, and managing other aspects of the business.

You will work with the General Manager and the Assistant General Manager to build a team that gets results and has a positive and fun work environment.

Hourly rate: $14 - $17 per hour
