Job description
A company is looking for a Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for HEDIS quality initiatives and outreach to members regarding designated services
Conduct provider chart requests and perform data cleanup to ensure accurate medical record handling
Facilitate outreach to improve member access to clinical services and document all outreach activities
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of recent HEDIS project support experience
Ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Adobe Reader, and RightFax
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Experience interacting with medical providers
