What You'll Be Doing :

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy and timely payments
• Prepare aging reports and assist with month-end close activities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting
• Use ERP systems to streamline receivables and improve efficiency

Pay Details : $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
