Description

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in Identity Management and related technologies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and process automation.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Identity Management , including :

User provisioning lifecycle and application provisioning.

  • Hands-on experience with an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) system such as Saviynt IGA or SailPoint .
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail .
  • Strong customer service orientation :

    • Experience in roles involving direct interaction (in-person or virtual) with diverse personnel, including mid-level and executive leadership.

  • Strong analytical and research skills :

    • Ability to identify inefficient or cumbersome operations and propose / implement process improvements.

  • Review existing workflows to develop and recommend streamlining solutions.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) experience.
  • Strong automation skills , including scripting tools such as PowerShell , PEGA , or similar.
  • Experience with Mainframe / RACF and DB2 systems.
  • Proficiency with Active Directory / LDS or similar LDAP environments.
  • Experience in Remote Access Management (e.g., RSA SecurID, VPN, Citrix).
  • Familiarity with data reporting and metrics tools such as Microsoft Power BI .
  • Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing / request systems .
