General Manager - Post Acquisition

A company is looking for a General Manager - Post-Acquisition Operator to lead the stabilization and strategic assessment of a newly acquired company.

Key Responsibilities

Assume full operational control immediately following acquisition and execute a structured stabilization plan

Develop and execute the Q4 2025 Operating Plan and 2026 Strategic Plan for the acquired company

Meet financial and operational targets while ensuring ongoing operational health through measurable performance metrics

Required Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience in post-acquisition, turnaround, or transformation environments

Proven ability to stabilize and grow technology-driven or SaaS businesses

Deep understanding of P&L management, SaaS metrics, and operational finance

Fluency in technology discussions with engineering and product teams

Exceptional judgment and integrity in dynamic, high-change settings
