Position : Physical Therapist Assistant Permanent FullTime
Location : Claremore Oklahoma
Payscale : As per the Facility
Shift : 30 hours MF No weekend rotation TravelRequired Mobile outpatientcan be flexible onschedule / hour
Responsibilities :
- Deliver exceptional pati.ent care providing assistancewith daily activities and personal care.
- Respond to patient needs promptly assessing requirementsand offering appropriate support.
- Monitor anddocument vital signs food intake and urinary / fecaloutput.
- Communicate with medical professionalsto gather information on patient conditions and treatmentplans.
- Assist patients with medicationreminders staying current with relevant training and adhering tofacility policies.
Requirements :
- State certification as a Physical TherapistAssistant.
- Current CPR certification (AmericanHeart Association).
- Graduation from a PhysicalTherapist Assistant program.
- Valid PhysicalTherapist Assistant license.
- COVIDVaccination / Health Documents / License / Physical
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
