Texas Licensed CPA Bookkeeper

A company is looking for a CPA Bookkeeper - QuickBooks Expert (USA).

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks

Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments

Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and general ledger reconciliations

Qualifications :

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or clinical research industry

Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks and accounting software

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

Experience in financial reporting and budgeting preferred
