Brand Supervisor

Purpose : Serve as a key leader responsible for elevating the customer experience, cultivating an engaged and high-performing team, and driving brand growth through strategic sales initiatives, operational excellence, and alignment with company standards

• Promote quality customer service among staff by acting as a positive role model.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns and / or seek appropriate assistance from other management or staff as required.
• Assist in providing proper counter coverage based on business needs
