Quality Program Development Manager

A company is looking for a Quality Program Development Manager to oversee performance improvement projects and quality initiatives in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the creation and implementation of programs related to strategic initiatives in Health Services and quality administration

Act as a subject matter expert for project initiatives, including developing work plans and monitoring progress

Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with various teams to ensure timely information dissemination and support for quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in Business, Healthcare Management, or Nursing

5+ years of experience in program development, management, or project management in a healthcare environment

3+ years of experience in managed care, utilization management, care coordination, and disease management

2+ years of experience in designing and implementing quality-related programs, including STARS and CAHPS

Preferred certifications include Six Sigma, Lean, or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
