Your Role : Customs Entry Writer
As a Customs Entry Writer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth clearance of imported goods while ensuring full compliance with U.S. Customs and Participating Government Agency (PGA) regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and process customs entries for international import shipmentsClassify goods correctly using HTS codes and ensure compliance with U.S. Customs & PGA requirementsCoordinate with brokers, carriers, and government agencies to facilitate smooth cargo clearanceCommunicate with clients & internal teams to ensure timely and accurate documentationStay updated on customs regulations, tariffs, and trade compliance lawsResolve customs-related issues & troubleshoot clearance delaysWhat We re Looking For :
1 year of hands-on experience in Customs Entry within Freight ForwardingStrong knowledge of international import transportation & customs brokerage proceduresFamiliarity with U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) & PGA regulationsExceptional attention to detail & ability to work under strict deadlinesExcellent communication skills for working with clients, carriers & customs officialsMust have valid U.S. work authorization (Visa or Citizenship)Why You Should Apply?
