DACOMSA-FRASLE MOBILITY is a 100% Mexican company that began operations in 2003 as a merger of three automotive sector distributors. Position Dacomsa brands by researching new automotive technologies by system or product line, applying findings to the development of technical information, creation and updating of technical conferences, and technical bulletins that address currently unmet needs. Participate in the continuous development and to expand into the nine remaining target states : Alabama, Florida, Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Requirements : Knowledge of automotive systems, technologies, operation, main failures, and diagnostic processes. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to resolve issues effectively (such as product quality concerns or situational conflicts). Proficiency in the use of metrology equipment, both analog and digital (micrometers, vernier calipers, bore gauges, dial indicators, etc.), along with accurate interpretation of technical drawings (symbols, tolerances). Ability to identify new business and / or after-sales service opportunities in the U.S. market, demonstrating initiative through specific action plans. Knowledge of Project Management and the ability to deliver high-impact, effective presentations. Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation and communicating effectively in English. Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation and communicating effectively in Spanish. Understanding of Core Tools for verification and project follow-up with export clients under applied quality systems. Knowledge of Product Engineering, including system functionality and diagnosis of main failures.
