Coding Manager
The Coding Manager has overall responsibility for assigned hospitals for the management of the Coding Department which includes recruiting, hiring, training, mentoring and performance management of Coding Staff and the ED Charges Capturing Staff (MIC). Additionally, includes the Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) program.
