JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support daily office operations for client. This position involves maintaining the copier fleet, assisting with production printing, and assembling book materials. The ideal candidate will have prior office or copy support experience and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment. This is an onsite position located in Miami Beach, FL. Key Responsibilities : Perform daily cleaning and restocking of paper for copier fleet. Assist with production print jobs and book assembly tasks. Monitor and maintain copy room supplies and equipment. Support general office tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively with the onsite manager regarding supply levels and maintenance needs. Follow all safety and company procedures while performing assigned duties. Required Qualifications : Prior experience in office support, copy services, or a related administrative role. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to lift paper cartons and stand for extended periods as required. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
