1) Butchers eviscerated frozen, fresh, and salted fish for marketing or further processing.
2) Dumps containers of fish into fresh water tank for cleaning.
3) Places cleaned fish on table or bench.
4) Trims off fins tails, removes skin, and cuts fish into pieces of specified size, using knife or bandsaw.
5) Sorts pieces according to color texture..
