We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join Truv's Product Team. In this role, you'll build and optimize products that enable lenders to verify income and employment, streamline decisioning, and improve borrower experiences. You'll work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and analytics teams to deliver solutions that directly impact conversion rates, risk mitigation, and loan processing efficiency. This is an execution-focused role where you'll use your background in lending technology to design, test, and deliver impactful features that serve both lenders and their borrowers.

What You'll Do

• Lead the definition and delivery of lending-focused features and integrations from concept to launch.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver secure and scalable workflows for income and employment verification.
• Conduct user testing with lenders and end-users to validate workflows and improve usability.
• Run and analyze A / B tests to drive adoption, efficiency, and conversion rates across lending use cases.
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment in lending flows.
• Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and synthesize into actionable product plans.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate quickly using insights from lenders and borrower behavior.
