THE PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE
During your co-op you will employ your developing analytical skills on an agile inter-disciplinary team in the Personal Investing business at Fidelity. You will learn to analyze customer behavior at every touch point (web, mobile, IoT, phone, branch, etc), tied to customer attributes / preferences and customer outcomes.

The base salary range for this position is $39 - $70 per hour.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
